Model 3007C FastRate™ Temperature Chamber provides
fast temperature transition rates in a compact, self-contained
package. Dual 3.5 HP scroll compressors, boost heaters, and
two heavy-duty blower motors give you the extra capacity
you need for ramp rates in excess of 10°C/minute without
liquid nitrogen (LN2). If you need even more cooling capacity,
optional LN2 boost cooling is available.
Effective Reliability Screening
Many temperature cycling specs require ramp rates of 5°C/minute
to 10°C/minute in order to effectively screen for various
failure mechanisms. Model 3007C FastRate™ Temperature
Chamber is capable of meeting these requirements.
Model 3007C FastRate™ Temperature Chamber is ideal for
applications requiring fast throughput. For example, you might
need to cycle an item from +85°C to -40°C. A 1007C
would take about 1 hour to cycle hot-to-cold and cold-to-hot,
while the 3007C can do it in 17 minutes. If you need to repeat
this cycle 10 times, the 3007C will save you 7 hours of test

Original F4 Temperature Controller
Up to 256 steps can be programmed into as many as 40 nameable profiles. The context sensitive information key and guided steps make profile programming fast and easy. A four-line backlit LCD displays programming, setup, operating and help information. A large LED readout indicates the actual chamber temperature with 0.1° resolution. Internal logic provides refrigeration compressor control for responsive and reliable performance. Includes two alarms and seven event outputs to control remote devices. RS-232C communications is also included. GPIB, Ethernet and analog retransmit are available as options.

Limit Controller and Alarm
Provides independent protection against excess temperatures. Both high
and low limits can be set. The upper LED readout indicates the actual
chamber temperature while the lower readout indicates the status The
limit controller will shut down the chamber and trigger the audible alarm
in the event of an out of limit condition. A set of uncommitted contacts
are available to provide a safety power interlock for your test sample.
Heavy Duty Blowers
The system includes two forward curved stainless-steel, welded-construction
blower wheels in a counter rotating pattern to provide high velocity
airflow throughout the workspace, driven by two heavy-duty motors.
Our unique design virtually eliminates exterior window sweating during
normal temperature cycling conditions.
Three uncommitted solid-state relays are provided to switch the power
to remote AC devices via the F4 Temperature Controller.
Two 4" Access
Lets you attach wires and sensors to your test sample through both
the left and right side of the chamber.
A heavy-duty stainless steel wire shelf ensures proper airflow around
your test sample for uniform temperature distribution.
The chamber floor
is sloped and has a drain to permit removal of condensate that can
occur when cycling from low to high temperatures.
Rugged casters permit easy movement.
